These terms govern your use of TrainDelayed (the “Service”). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
TrainDelayed helps UK rail passengers identify and submit Delay Repay claims to train operators. We are not a train operator and do not directly issue compensation.
3. Eligibility and use
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including ticket evidence and journey details.
4. Fees and payment
Where applicable, TrainDelayed may retain a service fee from successful claims. Any fee will be clearly disclosed before you submit a claim.
5. Limitation of liability
TrainDelayed is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific outcome on any claim. Final decisions rest with the train operating company.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
